TAILORED TRAINING FOR COMPANIES

Leadership development starts with everyday behaviour.

Technical expertise can bring someone into a leadership role. Supporting people asks for a different set of skills: listening before deciding, making expectations clear and taking responsibility for the effect you have on others. These are the everyday situations this training helps participants explore.

ProContext starts with your organisation’s context. A new team leader may need to find a way of leading former peers; an established team may need more openness or shared ownership. Nima brings experience from engineering and process improvement at ASML alongside his work as a leadership facilitator, connecting personal development to the realities of the workplace.

Leadership

What your team will work on.

Who it’s for

Team leaders, emerging leaders and professionals who want to take more ownership and positively influence collaboration.

MAKE IT REAL

From ‘they should’ to ‘what can I do?’

A team is waiting for management to improve communication. Instead of stopping at what others should change, participants explore their own influence: asking clearer questions, sharing expectations and helping colleagues support one another.

FROM TOPIC TO PRACTICE

What can your leadership workshop cover?

01

Self-awareness and personal leadership

Explore how your habits, assumptions and reactions influence the team. Reflect on a real situation and identify a different response you could try when the same challenge appears again.

02

Ownership and influence

Distinguish what you can influence from what you expect others to change. Practise taking responsibility, asking for support and turning a concern into a constructive conversation.

03

Trust and clear expectations

Work on the conversations that make cooperation easier: listening to concerns, checking mutual expectations and giving others room to contribute before a decision is made.

04

Leading people with different perspectives

Explore how communication styles and cultural expectations affect participation. Practise inviting input without assuming that everyone expresses agreement or disagreement in the same way.

THREE AREAS. ONE HUMAN APPROACH.

Explore the other training areas.

Start with the challenge your team is facing. Together, we shape a workshop that makes it practical, personal and relevant.

FROM UNDERSTANDING TO DOING

Learning that lives beyond the workshop.

A presentation can start a conversation. Real practice changes it. Nima combines storytelling, reflection and interaction to help people try a different way of working together.

  1. 01

    Your context first

We start with your people, their working environment and the conversations that need to change.

  2. 02

    Practise, don’t just listen

Real workplace situations, role-play and open discussion turn ideas into experiences.

  3. 03

    Take it back to work

Participants leave with practical tools and personal actions to try with their colleagues.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

An engineer’s understanding. A facilitator’s human touch.

I’m Nima Sagharichiha, founder of ProContext. Born in Iran and shaped by a career in the Netherlands, I know what it means to find connection across different perspectives.

My journey took me from engineering and process improvement at ASML to coaching and facilitating. Since founding ProContext in 2017, I’ve helped people explore leadership, communication and culture in a way that connects to their everyday work.

Expect inspiring stories, honest conversations and plenty of participation. I create space for people to learn from one another, not just from me.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

What participants take away.

Nima understands the power of storytelling and knows how to connect to the group. He was able to share the training content tailored to the group and handed out tools to take the content back to the workfloor. More important, during the training he created an atmosphere of trust and interaction.

Questions about leadership training

Is this suitable for new managers and experienced leaders?

Both can benefit from working on leadership behaviour. During the initial conversation, we discuss participants’ responsibilities and experience so that the situations and exercises match their needs.

Can professionals without a management role participate?

Yes. Personal leadership is also about taking ownership and influencing collaboration without formal authority. A programme can focus on these skills for project teams or individual contributors.

How does leadership training connect to our working environment?

Your team’s challenges inform the content. Rather than treating leadership as an abstract topic, participants reflect on workplace situations, practise conversations and identify actions to take back to their colleagues.

How long is the training and what does it cost?

Duration and pricing depend on the learning goals, group and scope. Share your needs with Nima to discuss a tailored proposal; this page does not offer a fixed package or online booking.

Can we discuss training in English or Dutch?

Yes. Get in touch in English or Dutch, and we’ll discuss the language and format that best fit your participants.

How do we arrange a workshop?

Email Nima or send a message on LinkedIn with a little about your team and what you want to work on. Together, you can discuss the scope, timing, location and proposal.
