TAILORED TRAINING FOR COMPANIES

Better communication takes practice, not just good intentions.

A process change meets resistance. Feedback sounds sharper than intended. One person takes over a meeting while another struggles to contribute. These familiar situations often reveal different expectations and communication styles, rather than a lack of commitment.

ProContext communication workshops give teams space to slow down these conversations and try again. Nima uses discussion, reflection and role-play to connect insights to what participants actually say and hear. The emphasis is on practical tools people can use in meetings, feedback conversations and day-to-day cooperation.

Communication

What your team will work on.

Who it’s for

Teams, managers and professionals who want more constructive conversations, clearer feedback and better cooperation at work.

MAKE IT REAL

Same conversation. Different tools. A different result.

In a role-play shared by Nima, an outgoing colleague proposes a process change to a quieter colleague. In the second round, the quieter participant asks about the purpose, explores the impact and requests time to think. The conversation changes when both people have room to contribute.

FROM TOPIC TO PRACTICE

What can your communication workshop cover?

01

Listening and asking better questions

Practise checking what someone means before preparing your answer. Explore questions that clarify the purpose of a request, uncover concerns and help colleagues reach a shared understanding.

02

Giving and receiving feedback

Work on sharing observations without turning them into personal judgements. Consider timing, the relationship and the recipient’s perspective, and practise asking for clarification when receiving feedback.

03

Different communication styles

Explore how people differ in the space and time they need to contribute. Practise making room for quieter colleagues, asking for thinking time and adapting your own approach without losing your message.

04

Constructive conversations under pressure

Use recognisable workplace situations to practise responding to disagreement. Ask about the reasons behind a position, make your own needs clear and explore a next step together.

THREE AREAS. ONE HUMAN APPROACH.

Start with the challenge your team is facing. Together, we shape a workshop that makes it practical, personal and relevant.

FROM UNDERSTANDING TO DOING

Learning that lives beyond the workshop.

A presentation can start a conversation. Real practice changes it. Nima combines storytelling, reflection and interaction to help people try a different way of working together.

  1. 01

    Your context first

We start with your people, their working environment and the conversations that need to change.

  2. 02

    Practise, don’t just listen

Real workplace situations, role-play and open discussion turn ideas into experiences.

  3. 03

    Take it back to work

Participants leave with practical tools and personal actions to try with their colleagues.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

An engineer’s understanding. A facilitator’s human touch.

I’m Nima Sagharichiha, founder of ProContext. Born in Iran and shaped by a career in the Netherlands, I know what it means to find connection across different perspectives.

My journey took me from engineering and process improvement at ASML to coaching and facilitating. Since founding ProContext in 2017, I’ve helped people explore leadership, communication and culture in a way that connects to their everyday work.

Expect inspiring stories, honest conversations and plenty of participation. I create space for people to learn from one another, not just from me.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

What participants take away.

Nima understands the power of storytelling and knows how to connect to the group. He was able to share the training content tailored to the group and handed out tools to take the content back to the workfloor. More important, during the training he created an atmosphere of trust and interaction.

Questions about communication training

Can the workshop focus specifically on feedback?

Yes. Giving and receiving feedback can be a central theme, with attention to trust, timing, wording and different communication styles. The emphasis is agreed around your team’s needs.

Do participants practise with real workplace situations?

Nima’s approach uses interaction and role-play to make communication concrete. Discuss which recurring situations would be useful to explore, such as a process change, a team meeting or a difficult feedback conversation.

Is this communication training relevant for technical teams?

Yes. Nima’s engineering and process improvement background at ASML helps him relate to technical working environments. The workshop focuses on the human conversations that support cooperation around the work.

What is the difference from cultural awareness training?

Communication training focuses on listening, feedback and conversation skills. Cultural awareness explores how cultural expectations can shape those interactions. The themes can be combined when relevant to an international team.

Can we discuss training in English or Dutch?

Yes. Get in touch in English or Dutch, and we’ll discuss the language and format that best fit your participants.

How do we arrange a workshop?

Email Nima or send a message on LinkedIn with a little about your team and what you want to work on. Together, you can discuss the scope, timing, location and proposal.
