MY STORY

From understanding processes to connecting people.

I was born in Iran and built my professional life in the Netherlands. Moving between different perspectives has shaped how I listen, ask questions and help people understand one another.

Before becoming a coach and facilitator, I worked in engineering and process improvement at ASML. That experience gave me an understanding of technical workplaces: their complexity, their pace and the collaboration needed to make progress.

I founded ProContext in 2017 to bring those worlds together. Today, I facilitate learning in leadership, communication and culture for organisations in the Netherlands and internationally. The aim is to help people turn new insights into everyday conversations and actions.

FROM UNDERSTANDING TO DOING

Trust first. Then room to practise.

Learning becomes useful when people can recognise themselves in it. I combine stories, honest reflection and interactive exercises to make that possible.

    Start with curiosity

    Different backgrounds, roles and communication styles bring different expectations. We explore those differences with questions and attention, rather than assumptions.

    Make it a shared experience

    Participants contribute their own situations and learn from one another. Stories and interaction help create a space where people can speak, listen and try.

  3. 03

    Connect it to everyday work

    A useful insight needs somewhere to go. We link what happens in the workshop to feedback, meetings and collaboration back on the work floor.
